At Mystic Aura, we take pride in offering premium-quality perfumes for both men and women. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand how we handle product issues.
No Refunds Policy
We do not offer refunds for any purchases. All sales are final once the order is confirmed and paid for.
No Returns Policy
We do not accept returns for any products unless the product is damaged upon receipt.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, we are happy to offer an exchange. To initiate the exchange process:
- ·You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- ·Please send clear images of the damaged product via email to support@mysticaurascents.com.
- ·Once we review and verify the damage, we will arrange for the same product to be sent to you as an exchange.
Exchange Policy
We don't have a general exchange policy. Exchanges are only facilitated in the case of products damaged upon delivery, as outlined above.
